Position Summary

The Lift Team Lead will assist the Lift Team Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high quality services and patient safety for the Day Shift (AM).

Minimum Requirements

  • High School or equivalent

  • Leadership and/or communication classes from a university, community college, military, or Vidant Health Center for Learning and Performance.

  • Prefer knowledge of computer applications, such as Excel, Word, Power Point and Groupwise.

  • Begin "Leading Self Tack" within 3 months of hire is required.

  • 1 to 3 years of Lift team shift lead experience required.

  • Current American Heart Association CPR is required.
