Position Summary

The Laboratory Outreach Manager is responsible for the daily operations and management of all outreach pre- and post-analytical functions. Responsible for supervision of all outreach collection facilities, including client services, phlebotomy, courier services, sales and marketing and technical support. Duties also include management of inventory of client supplies and forms, liaison with Billing Department, and oversight of outreach specimen processing.. Updates and implements all new client communications and education efforts, including regulatory and billing requirements. The Laboratory Outreach Manager must support the mission, vision, values and strategic initiatives of the organization and demonstrate a commitment to quality service to patients, physicians, the public and co-workers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Five years of relevant experience  in Laboratory Outreach or Medical Technologist experience is required
  • ASCP preferred

  • Full time with benefits
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with rotating weekends and holidays (other hours as needed)
