Position Summary

The Human Resources Associate is expected to work with the Human Resource Business Partners with the development of a HR agenda that closely supports the overall business objectives of the hospital functional departmental structure as it relates to Employee Experience. They will accomplish human resources objectives by obtaining, recording, forwarding, and explaining human resources information. 

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 year degree in a related field plus 6 years of work in a Human Resource environment or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field is required.
  • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages including MS Word, Excel, etc.
  • Proficiency in composition of verbal and written communication.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
  • Strong ability to communicate with customers of all levels within the organization.
