Position Summary

The HRIS Technical Analyst provides technical and analytical support to the Human Resources Division and other key stakeholders. This role will manage a workload that is complex and ever changing. Responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to system configuration, system implementations and upgrades, process and system improvement projects, gathering and formulating system requirements, testing, developing documentation and training materials, training, report writing and data analysis, and day-to-day technical support.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus 2 years or more of formal training/education

  • Associate’s degree in computer information systems or business-related major

  • Two additional years of experience may be substituted for the required education with a minimum of one year of experience using Peoplesoft HRMS or a similar HRMS system

  • Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems

  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study preferred

  • One to three years of functional knowledge in HR (Benefits, Compensation, Operations, Recruiting, Payroll) practices

  • Experienced in system configuration and support

  • ServiceNow HRSM or ITSM experience

  • Sharepoint site administrator experience

  • Experience using Talemetry recruiting solutions

  • Process mapping experience using Visio
