About Vidant Wellness Center

Vidant Wellness Centers take pride in all that we do, equipping our centers with the latest fitness technology, staffing them with the most talented professionals and maintaining an atmosphere that is welcoming to everyone. Although each center maintains its own identity, all are unified by a common goal: to improve the quality of life through wellness, disease management and fun. As a subsidiary of Vidant Health, Vidant Wellness Center has access to the technology and leadership of a major academic medical center. With three locations in Ahoskie, Greenville, and Washington, we are committed to serving the people of eastern North Carolina.

Candidate needs to have a passion for boxing, martial arts or mixed martial arts. The Vidant Wellness Center brand boxing is not the typical group exercise boxing class found in aerobic studios. This is a 60-minute high-intense class focused on skill movements with additional strength and conditioning formatting to make each class experience different for the member. No certification required, but candidate will adhere to the Vidant Wellness Center curriculum and must obtain skilled preceptor training prior to teaching classes independently. Previous boxing, kick boxing or martial arts training is preferred
