Vidant Chowan Hospital
Vidant Chowan Hospital is a modern 25 bed critical access facility located in historic Edenton, North Carolina, and provides services and programs to 45,000 people in 4 counties. Vidant Chowan Hospital's partnership with Vidant Health gives our patients access to state-of-the-art services provided by an academic medical center. Our medical staff includes some of the finest primary care, pediatric, internal medicine physicians and surgeons in the region, and we have a telemedicine link with the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.
Performs a variety of duties in the areas of food preparation, trays assemble dishwashing and sanitation. Insures that the regulations and requirements for sanitation and safety are met daily.
Understands therapeutic diets and their specific application to duties of each station on the tray line. patient tray per diet Rx
Delivers all services using excellent customer skills
Assists in preparation, set-up and delivery of special functions as assigned.
Responsible for completing daily work sheets, cleaning, temperature, production etc
Assist with special functions and floor stock as needed
Drives company van to deliver meals to Vidant Bertie Hospital
High School Diploma or equivalent; Current Drivers License
