Position Summary

Provide safe and effective individual or group instruction while creating and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to motivation, learning and fun.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective individual or group instruction through verbal and demonstration of equipment and techniques, observing participants and informing them of corrective measures while creating and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to motivation, learning and fun.
  • Select, choreograph and lead instructional methods appropriate for audience.
  • Maintain certifications and stay abreast of industry advances and best practices.
  • Model mission, vision and values; follow policies and procedures; actively contribute to organizational goals, promotion of services, team engagement and experience, customer experience and retention, process and quality improvements.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent (GED) or higher.
  • CPR certification from American Heart Association.

Other Information

  • As Needed Position for Group Exercise Classes.
  • 1-1.5 hour blocks throughout the week.
