Position Summary

  • Participate and assist in customer service, program delivery, and monitoring of customers, equipment and facilities to assure safety and a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, assist and be accessible to customers to assure safety and a positive experience.
  • Actively seek out opportunities to motivate customers, navigate to resources, and promote high customer engagement to drive usage, compliance, retention, outcomes and experience.
  • Assist with safety, cleanliness and appearance of equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with programs and services.
  • Model mission, vision and values; follow policies and procedures; actively contribute to organizational goals, promotion of services, team engagement and experience, customer experience and retention, process and quality improvements.

Minimum Requirements

  • CPR Certification from the American Heart Association

Other Information

  • Saturdays, (7:00 am - 2:00 pm) and Mondays, (4:00 pm - 9:00 pm)
