Responsibilities

  • Leads continuous improvement efforts that lead to effective quality based outcomes of the team and the curriculum.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of outcomes related to the intent and purpose of services provided by the Organizational Development team.
  • Scans industry and networks with other Organizational Development professionals to learn best practices and incorporate them into program plans.
  • Monitors and evaluate program's compliance with regulatory, accreditation and professional standards. Updates departmental policies and procedures.
  • Develops and implements education strategies that support vulnerable departments based on referral/requests of the department manager/VP.
  • Manages the human, material and fiscal resources for the Leadership/Organizational development functions of the department.
  • Develops and manages budgetary requirements for services provided.
  • Provides analysis/reports of outcomes related to LD activities. Supervises and evaluates performance of direct reports.
  • Holds team to highest level of confidentiality.

Minimum Requirements

  • Masters degree in OD, Psychology, Nursing/Health Care, HR, Leadership, Health Care Administration, or related field.
  • Five or more years experience in Leadership Development, OD, and/or Human Resources.
  • Experience with curriculum development, leadership assessment and classroom instruction.
