Position Summary

As the Transplant Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you will manage the quality initiatives and metrics related to solid organ transplant, monitor quality of care, and ensure regulatory compliance with the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR). This position will also plan and execute strategies to remedy current and anticipated quality and regulatory compliance issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 yr college degree in Business, Nursing or Allied Health

  • Masters degree in a health related field preferred but not required.

  • Minimum of three years progressively related work experience with performance improvement, patient safety and quality and project management. Critical thinking skills and strong interpersonal skills.
