  • Know what each diet requires including but not limited to: Regular, Soft, Low Sodium, Low Cholesterol, Liquid Diet: Full and Clear, ADA, Diet Manual Use, Recording diets in Dietary Department

  • Reviews menus to determine type and quantities of food items to prepare.Pre-portions, prep and cooks all food items.

  • Tray line, Menus, Production Sheets, Portion Control,Tray set-up,Proper food temperature, Follows standardized recipes

  • Reviews menus to determine type and quantities of food items to prepare. Pre-portions, prep and cooks all food items

  • Portions foods for service, Provides assistance on serving line. Backs-up serving line with food during service.

  • Follow standardized recipes.

  • Body Mechanics, lifting, pulling, pushing

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • At least 6 months experience in Food Services

  • Part-Time position

  • Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
