Position Summary

Monitoring of teaching service patients, medication and nutrition therapy.  Provision of drug information and Pharmacokinetic/nutritional support consults. Educate health care professionals on pharmacotherapeutic management.  Serves as a liaison on medication related issues. Precepting and mentoring pharmacy students and pharmacy practice residents. Participates in adverse drug reaction reporting program.  Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Doctorate in Pharmacy
  • Must be a licensed Pharmacist in the state of NC or license eligible
  • Must possess a Doctorate in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • 3 months to 1 year  of specialized pharmacy residency training is preferred
  • More than 2 years of experience in practice area may substitute for residency training
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)  American Heart Association

  • Full Time with benefits
  • Monday to Friday (8 hour days)
