Position Summary

The Child Program Specialist is responsible for the planning, delivery and supervision of a variety of children's programs, and the safety and supervision of child participants. This includes being in the swimming pool during water activies as well as outside during physical activities. This team member will mainly work the After School program for school aged children.  This team member will assist members with childcare for 3 months to 12 years of age in our Kidzone location while parents are exercising. Occasional event hosting will occur on weekends.

Minimum Requirements

Three to four years related experience
Nationally Recognized CPR Certification
Associate Degree or higher
Must maintain a valid North Carolina drivers license or be licensed in the state of residence and maintain the VH required insurance limits.

Other Information

Normal shifts will be between 8AM-6PM on weekdays with occasional weekends.
