Position Summary

  • Performs echocardiograms.
  • Performs exercise stress tests and holter monitor application/analysis.
  • Performs other duties such as patient charging, report filing and patient scheduling.
  • Participates in quality monitoring activities for the lab.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus 2 years or more of formal training or education in Medical Sonography or related field.
  • Required to pass one of the following registries within 6 months of hire date (during probationary period): CCI, RDMS, RDCS, or RCVT.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Assoication is required
