Position Summary

Vidant Wellness is seeking a Business & Data Analyst Manager to assess wellness performance against objectives and develop business plans for new developments and process improvements.

Our ideal candidate will manage data design, analysis and reporting from multiple systems to generate Return and Value on Investment; develop dashboards to trend key Performance Indicators; support operational leaders with budget development and monitoring; and design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of strategic goals.

The Wellness division manages strategy and operations across the Vidant system for workplace well-being, ambulatory nutrition and lifestyle clinics, Wellness Centers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Three to four years related experience

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of full revenue cycles, Ambulatory EMR a plus
  • EPIC, EPSI, and Advanced Excel experience
  • PeopleSoft experience, 7.1
  • Budgeting, financial management, and Business Plan developing skills
  • Project Management or PMP a plus
  • Masters preferred
