Position Summary

The budget and finance specialist will be responsible for administering, coordinating and directing all financial transactions for the Hospital Disaster Preparedness Program grant to include purchasing and monitoring purchases, completing financial forecast as well as budget preparation and monitoring.  They will also serve as the system administrator for grants tracking system [Amplifund], assist with grant compliance reviews to ensure system-wide compliance with federal, state and local grant requirements and statutes.  Knowledge of financial processes and management, Microsoft Office, accounting principles and excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years previous financial/accounting /budgeting related to grants required

  • Associate Degree Business or Accounting required

  •  Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Business Management or related preferred
