Position Summary

  • Provide equipment and supply support for anesthesia personnel in all anesthetizing locations in the hospital.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School or equivalent required.
  • 3 months to 1 year  experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in the surgical environment preferred to have knowledge of sterile procedure in the Operating Rooms.
  • In-service education on how to perform sterilization procedures with the Steris Sterilizer; in-service education training from Datex Ohmeda on trouble shooting anesthesia machines and calibrating End Tidal CO2 monitors.
  • On the job training through an intensive 3 month orientation with an assigned resource on each shift.
