Vidant Medical Center is a fully accredited, 900+ bed regional referral facility encompassing a Level-1 Trauma Center and extensive inpatient and outpatient services including intensive and intermediate care, pediatrics, bariatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, pain management and psychiatry.

Minimum Requirements

  • College Degree plus other schooling in Health Care Related Field.
  • Master's Degree required.
  • Either Undergraduate or Graduate degree must be in Nursing
  • Prior management/leadership experience, including involvement in budgetary process, personnel management and longand short term planning.
  • Current RN Licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • More than 6 years in leadership and management experience in a hospital/complex setting
