Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices/credit memos and perform problem resolution in an online accounts payable environment.
  • Preparation of month end accruals for all invoices that are not received or accrued in the Peoplesoft system. Verify all contract and monthly expenses to insure proper accrual.
  • Electronic filing of processed invoices at the time of voucher entry. Review vendor statements to insure prompt payment and corresponds with vendors on as needed basis.
  • Performs monthly review of GL accounts as assigned for month end review process. Other duties as assigned.
  • Receive, prepare, arrange and scan all incoming vendor invoices into ImageNow software system. Open and distribute incoming mail on a daily basis.
  • Maintain purchasing card statements and scanning on the L drive.
  • Sealing and mailing of all vendor checks.
  • Manage and distribute emails from apinquire@vidanthealth.com email address. Create and import journal entries on a monthly basis.
  • Manage and record relocation reimbursements for new hires for W2 annual reporting.
  • Assist with travel arrangements (airline tickets) for employees as requested via the travel authorization generated in the Peoplesoft expense module.  

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus Associate College Degree in Accounting is required.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in Accounting.
  • 3 plus years working as an Accounts Payable Technician may be substituted for the Associate's Degree.
