The heart of the Vidant Health system, Vidant Medical Center is a tertiary care referral center and designated Magnet hospital offering extensive inpatient and outpatient services to nearly 30 counties across eastern North Carolina. Clinical education is an important part of our mission here, and we’re one of just four academic medical centers in the state. We also serve as the teaching hospital for East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine.
